Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. If there is a technical issue caused by our side, we will fix it as per the conditions below. If you faced a problem after the work is done and you wish to raise a request, the steps and policy are as follow:

– You will need to contact us within 7 days of the time of installation completion. Otherwise, the inspection will be considered as a new service and will be subject to the regular service/inspection charge or cost.

– You will need a documentation of the issue and proof that it is caused by our team.

– If both of the above points are true, we will come and inspect the issue, advise

what can be done, and provide a solution.

– If the problem you may have faced requires any extra or additional parts, these will be subject to additional costs. The service is the only thing that will be cost-free for solving a problem caused by our team.
